The clerk will assist with legal research, drafting motions and briefs, client meetings, case preparation, and staying updated on relevant areas of law. Strong writing and communication skills are essential, with proficiency in MS Office and legal research

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school, preferably 2L or 3L.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in legal research and drafting of documents including motions and briefs.
• Attend client meetings and assist with case preparation.
• Review and summarize case files and legal documents.
• Support attorneys in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.
• Conduct client interviews and gather relevant information.
• Maintain case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures.
• Collaborate with team members on various legal projects.
• Stay updated on legal trends and developments relevant to our practice areas.
