You will assist with research, drafting, discovery, and exhibits while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism. A JD program enrollment is required, with opportunities to advance within a culture-forward firm.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited J.D. program.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Confidentiality and sound professional judgment.
• Experience with legal research platforms and legal writing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research on case law, statutes, and regulations relevant to ongoing litigation matters.
• Analyze and summarize legal information to assist attorneys in building strong case strategies.
• Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Prepare and organize exhibits, affidavits, and other supporting documents for court filings.
• Research and assist on complex employment law issues, including discrimination, harassment, wage/hour disputes, and employee benefits.
• Manage case files with attorneys and monitor deadlines.
• Assist with contract review and negotiation for employment-related documents.
• Maintain organized case files and prepare court filings.
