Job summary

AEG Internship Program offers a real-world experience in sports and live entertainment. The intern will support the accounting team with reconciliations, variance analysis, and AP submissions at our Los Angeles venues.

This part-time role requires a minimum 18 hours per week during the fall, with pay in the $19.00–$21.00 per hour range. On-site in Los Angeles, no bonus eligibility, and opportunities for mentorship and networking.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, Data Analysis, or related fields.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet preferred.
• Passion for live entertainment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Minimum 18 hours per week in fall.

Responsibilities

• Enter artist settlement documents and support account reconciliations.
• Process Accounts Payable submissions and generate reports (e.g., Hubble exports).
• Assist with special event settlements and month-end data entry.
• Assist with ticket reconciliations.
• Perform administrative tasks.

Job Summary

AEG Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. The intern will have the opportunity to see how Goldenvoice operates behind the scenes while supporting the accounting team in various account reconciliations and variance analysis for its venues.

• The AEG Internship Program requires a minimum commitment of 18 hours per week during the fall.

Pay Scale

$19.00 - $21.00

This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.

Part-time: This position is not eligible for benefits.
