Job summary

AEG WORLDWIDE in Los Angeles is offering a Fall Intern in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. The internship provides real-world experience in the business of sports and live entertainment and a safe, inclusive workplace where everyone belongs regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or ability.

You will support DEI programs, coordinate engagement campaigns, manage internal communications, and assist with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support DEI programs and ENG initiatives.
• Assist with maintaining DEI resources and SharePoint sites.
• Research and support engagement campaigns including volunteer tracking.
• Develop and execute internal communications and content calendars for DEI.
• Complete administrative tasks.
• Collect data from ENG events.
• Attend ENG planning meetings to assist programming.
• Assist with sourcing and curating content for diverse subjects.

Job Summary:

AEG Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. In the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Department, interns have a unique opportunity to work alongside a team that creates a safe and inclusive workplace where everyone feels welcome, can express their authentic selves, and shares a strong sense of belonging regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or ability.

Responsibilities:

• Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs and Employee Network Group (ENG) initiatives that foster inclusive and engaging employee experience.
• Assist with maintaining and auditing DEI and ENG resources, including company intranet pages, SharePoint sites, and communication channels.
• Research, propose, and support employee engagement campaigns, including volunteer hour tracking and recognition programs for Employee Network Groups.
• Help develop and execute internal communications, content calendars, and awareness campaigns for cultural observances, and DEI initiatives
• Complete administrative tasks
• Collect data from the Employee Network Group events
• Attend ENG planning meetings to assist with coordinating programming
• Assist with sourcing, vetting, and curating specific content for diverse subjects requested by various AEG Departments
• The AEG Internship Program requires a minimum commitment of 18 hours per week during the fall.

Qualifications:

• Passion for sports and live entertainment
• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in Microsoft Office - EXCEL, WORD, and PowerPoint specifically
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

Pay rate: $19.00-$21.00

Location: Los Angeles (On-site)

Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.

Benefits: Part-time: This position is not eligible for benefits.
