Job summary

Peek'n Peak is seeking a Food Runner for Fall Fest to assist in a fast-paced environment by delivering food, beverages and supplies to food and beverage tents. You will maintain cleanliness, restock items, and ensure proper presentation in a high-volume setting, working closely with the culinary team to support smooth operations.

This role requires attentive service, ability to follow safety guidelines, and flexibility to work outdoors during event hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the culinary team with transporting and delivering food, beverages, supplies, and other items to food and beverage tents.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation of all assigned tents.
• Restock beverages and supplies to keep tents stocked.
• Replenish ice to maintain beverage service and storage.
• Remove and dispose of garbage from tents and keep areas clean.
• Monitor tent supplies and communicate needs to the culinary team.
• Provide general support to culinary and beverage teams for efficient daily operations.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
