Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a friendly and energetic Greeter to act as a brand ambassador for the company’s vacation ownership brands, including Club Wyndham, Margaritaville Vacation Club, and Sports Illustrated Resorts. You will work with a Marketing Agent at events, warmly engaging with guests and generating interest in our vacation experiences.

A pre-employment drug test is required. The role demands high energy, the ability to stand for hours, and a flexible schedule including evenings,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and cordial attitude toward guests and staff.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.

What You'll Do:

As a Greeter, you'll serve as a brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co.'s portfolio of vacation ownership brands, including Club Wyndham, Margaritaville Vacation Club, and Sports Illustrated Resorts. Working alongside an experienced Marketing Agent at local events and high-traffic venues, you'll create positive first impressions by warmly engaging with guests, building rapport, and generating interest in our vacation experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, thrive in a dynamic, customer-facing environment, and bring a high level of energy and enthusiasm to every interaction. You'll play a key role in starting meaningful conversations and connecting qualified guests with our Marketing Agents to learn more about the benefits of vacation ownership.

This position requires successful completion of a pre-employment drug test as a condition of employment.

How You'll Shine:

• A friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality
• Ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for hours at a time indoors and outdoors
• Sales or marketing experience (preferred)
• High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

What You'll Bring:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and a cordial attitude towards all guests and staff.
• Able to handle the stress of high customer demand in a hospitality environment.
• Must be people oriented and able to work independently or with others as needed.
• Must be able to easily and frequently change from one activity to another.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Full time availability required to work weekends and Holidays, daytime and nighttime.
