As a Greeter, you’ll welcome guests, engage with them warmly, and spark interest in our vacation experiences at local events. You’ll collaborate with Marketing Agents, thrive in a dynamic, customer-facing setting, and help drive conversations toward vacation ownership benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and a cordial attitude towards all guests and staff.
• Able to handle the stress of high customer demand in a hospitality environment.
• Must be people oriented and able to work independently or with others as needed.
• Must be able to easily and frequently change from one activity to another.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Full time availability required to work weekends and Holidays, daytime and nighttime.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as a brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co.'s vacation ownership brands, including Club Wyndham, Margaritaville Vacation Club, and Sports Illustrated Resorts.
• Engage with guests, build rapport, and generate interest in our vacation experiences.
• Assist in coordinating conversations and connecting qualified guests with Marketing Agents.
• Work alongside an experienced Marketing Agent at local events and high-traffic venues.

What You’ll Do:

As a Greeter, you'll serve as a brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co.'s portfolio of vacation ownership brands, including Club Wyndham, Margaritaville Vacation Club, and Sports Illustrated Resorts.Working alongside an experienced Marketing Agent at local events and high-traffic venues, you'll create positive first impressions by warmly engaging with guests, building rapport, and generating interest in our vacation experiences.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, thrive in a dynamic, customer-facing environment, and bring a high level of energy and enthusiasm to every interaction. You'll play a key role in starting meaningful conversations and connecting qualified guests with our Marketing Agents to learn more about the benefits of vacation ownership.
