Enterprise is seeking a Management Internship candidate in Miami, Florida, to build valuable business and leadership skills. The internship provides the opportunity to take on challenges similar to first‑year professionals, develop marketing strategies, and manage a fleet of vehicles, all while working alongside peers in a team-based environment.
This part-time position is paid at $20.00 per hour and will run for 12 weeks starting September 30th. Candidates must be enrolled as seniors in a Bachelor's program and have relevant experience in sales, customer service, or management.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you’ll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first‑ and second‑year full‑time professionals. It is a team‑based environment; throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side to help you learn, grow, and have fun.
This role would be located at one of our offices within the greater Kendall area, including Coral Gables, Dadeland, and Kendall.
Pay for this position is $20.00 per hour.
This position is a part‑time 12‑week program starting September 30th.
