Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Management Trainee Intern in the greater Boca Area, starting September 30th. As a paid intern, you'll gain valuable experience managing vehicles, serving customers, and developing marketing strategies. Candidates must be a rising Senior enrolled in a Bachelor's program, at least 18 years old, and have relevant experience in sales or management. The internship lasts for 10-12 weeks, offering a competitive hourly wage of $18.50 and numerous learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior or Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
• Must be able to work 10-12 weeks throughout the Fall, starting September 30th.

Responsibilities

Overview

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. This role is specifically for the greater Boca Area, which includes the following locations: Boca Raton East, Boca Raton West, Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Coral Springs, Delray Beach.

Pay for this position is $18.50 per hour.

This position is a part-time (40 hours a week) 12 week program starting September 30th.

Responsibilities

We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
