Job summary

Enterprise is seeking an active university student for the Management Internship in New Rochelle, NY. This paid, part-time program will help you build leadership and business skills while tackling real-world challenges alongside experienced professionals.

From day one you’ll learn what it takes to run a fleet of vehicles, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers, with opportunities for performance incentives. The internship runs Fall 2026.

Qualifications

• Must be a university/college student graduating in December 2026.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available to work at least 25 hours per week during the internship.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to commute within 1 hour to New Rochelle, NY.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations and customer interactions.
• Develop leadership and business skills through real-world projects.
• Support marketing initiatives and relationship-building with customers and coworkers.
• Contribute to team efforts in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
