Job summary

Enterprise Holdings seeks motivated students for its Management Internship on Long Island. Based in one of 30+ Long Island/Northern Queens offices, the program runs Jan 2027–Apr 2027, part-time 25 hours/week, with a starting pay of $19.50 per hour.

You’ll rotate through leadership experiences, learn fleet management, customer care, marketing strategy and relationship building with customers and coworkers, plus potential performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be a student in a Bachelor's degree program with anticipated May 2027 graduation.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be available to work 25 hours per week during the internship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license.
• Must be living within a reasonable commute to the location.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Must have 3 months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and business skills in a hands-on internship.
• Assist in activities like fleet management, customer service and marketing planning.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers and complete intern projects.
