Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is hiring a Platform Associate Resident Consultant to plan, deploy, and support the Falcon platform for customers.

You will engage with customers from planning through installation, optimization, and ongoing support, working with Professional Services and IT teams to ensure successful outcomes. Ideal candidates bring a CS/IT degree and 2+ years in IT deployments, with cross‑platform knowledge on Windows, Mac, and Linux.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/CE or related field with IT deployments experience.
• Strong knowledge of software deployment tech and cross‑platform familiarity.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical advisory for strategic customer accounts and drive Falcon deployments.
• Implement, configure, and troubleshoot CrowdStrike Falcon platform and apps.
• Plan projects, coordinate with IT teams, and provide customer‑facing collateral.
• Travel up to 25% and support incident response and forensics efforts.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize security workflows and drive outcomes.
