Job summary

Anovaeon, LLC seeks a Religious Services Coordinator to coordinate and facilitate religious programming for residents at an ICE processing facility. You will ensure access to worship, coordinate volunteers, and liaise with faith leaders to support diverse practices while maintaining facility safety and compliance.

Reporting to the Processing Operations Director, you will collaborate with security, medical, case management, and food services to deliver respectful services in line with ICE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Two years of experience coordinating religious services, faith-based programming, chaplaincy support, or human services.
• Ability to complete and maintain government credentialing (e.g., Tier 4 DHS clearance, background checks, and health screenings).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate religious services, worship opportunities, and faith-based programming for residents.
• Ensure access to religious practices and approved materials in line with ICE standards.
• Schedule volunteer clergy, faith leaders, and community representatives.
• Maintain an inclusive environment for diverse religious backgrounds.
• Coordinate religious accommodation requests (dietary, worship, observance).
• Respond to requests for religious literature and devotional items.
• Serve as liaison with faith-based organizations, leaders, and NGOs.
