Job summary

Turning Point USA is seeking a TPUSA Faith Citrus Regional Manager to collaborate with pastors and ministry leaders, launch new Faith Groups, and mobilize local leaders for events while building a strong regional network. The role requires engaging with leads, organizing data, and presenting resources to churches and communities.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in church staff, exceptional communication, and a proactive, results-driven mindset; travel and a dynamic, mission-driven environment

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience on staff at a church.
• Ethical and responsible behavior managing corporate expense accounts.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various groups of people.
• Knowledge of project management software (Google Apps, Airtable, HubSpot).

Responsibilities

• Launch new Faith Groups and mobilize local leaders for events and initiatives.
• Build and nurture a pastors coalition across the territory.
• Engage in outreach to prospective members and conduct oral presentations.
• Import and organize data; network at events and conferences.
• Report updates and progress to leadership in a timely manner.
