Job summary

Turning Point USA is seeking a TPUSA Faith Golden State Regional Manager to coordinate faith initiatives across the Bay Area, engage pastors, launch new Faith Groups, and mobilize local leaders for events and programs.

The role requires 3-5 years in church staff, strong communication, and a passion for conservative politics, with 35-50% travel and a full-time exempt status. Starts ASAP with reporting to Senior Strategic Manager.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience on staff at a church
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)
• Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned
• Passion for conservative politics
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for dynamic work environment
• Strong work ethic and goal oriented
• Self starter and self motivated
• Punctual and very responsive
• Ethical and responsible behavior managing corporate expense accounts
• Strong religious conviction and actively engaged in faith efforts
• Past/present involvement in conservative organizations
• Previous work experience with building pastoral networks

Responsibilities

• Work with pastors and ministry leaders to launch Faith Groups
• Mobilize local leaders for events and initiatives
• Build and maintain a pastors coalition and network across the territory
• Equip Christians with resources and network at events and conferences
• Engage with leads, start groups, and present to groups and stakeholders
