Responsibilities

• Lead a faith-formation program for about 80 students, training catechists and coordinating registration.
• Lead sacramental preparation for first sacraments for English-speaking families.
• Co-Lead Confirmation, including retreats and liturgical prep; engage parents with bilingual support.
• Reach out to families, welcome, encourage, and clarify the program; attend staff meetings.
• For 30 hours: co-lead youth ministry using Y Disciple; coordinate Order of Christian Initiation; recruit/train volunteers; front desk time.
• For 40 hours: develop summer evangelization initiatives; post-Confirmation small groups; support infant baptisms administratively.
