Qualifications

Active, practicing Roman Catholic in good standing with the Church, with a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education.
Master's degree in education, educational leadership, administration, or related field, or equivalent administrative certification.
Substantial successful K-8 classroom teaching experience.
Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire and develop faculty and lead through change.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and public communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee administration, facilities, and operations.
Manage the school's budget and operational resources in partnership with the Pastor, School Board, and diocesan leadership.
Provide direct leadership and support for the academic program.
Develop and grow relationships with students, families, staff, parish, and the wider community through visible presence and effective communication.
Ensure that the Catholic faith is woven throughout the life of the school.
