Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, educational leadership, or a related degree.
• Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church.
• Experience as a principal or in a similar school leadership role.
• 3+ years of experience in an educational setting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to embrace Catholic education values and the Mission and Vision of the school.
• Solid knowledge of subject matter and how students learn.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Experience with staff recruitment, supervision, and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with pastors on religious education, curriculum, liturgical functions, service learning, and parent programs.
• Lead as the school’s catechist, modeling Catholic faith and fostering spiritual growth.
• Integrate Gospel values and Catholic ethics into school policies and daily activities.
• Support parents as faith educators and strengthen school-parish connections.
• Foster unity and a shared vision among faculty, staff, students, parents, pastors, and the advisory commission.
• Maintain transparent communication with school, parish, civic community, media, and other Catholic schools.
• Oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of academic programs and curriculum delivery.
• Provide faculty training, professional development, and regular meetings for improvement and accreditation.
