Job summary

Lifeline seeks a Senior Manager to supervise and support state social work and case management staff, providing direction, training, and oversight to ensure regulatory compliance and excellent service delivery.

The role in Plano, TX is hybrid, requiring one day per week at the local office, with responsibilities spanning recruitment, staff development, case reviews, and adherence to state licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or a related human services field is required.
• TX LCPAA or eligibility to sit for the TX LCPAA exam is required.
• Licensed Social Worker is strongly preferred if offered by the State.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and ongoing support for state social work and case management staff.
• Lead the team in alignment with scriptural principles and Lifeline’s Core Values.
• Oversee recruitment, assessment, and file reviews for clients and families.
• Ensure staff training meets agency, state, Hague standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide case management supervision and guidance to staff within assigned programs.
• Review home studies and ensure documentation meets required standards and timelines.
• Carry caseload for pregnancy counseling, domestic, and international clients as needed.
• Collaborate with Leadership Team for investigations or approvals as required.

Education

Master’s degree in social work or related human services field

TX LCPAA or eligible to sit for TX LCPAA exam

Licensed Social Worker (strongly preferred)
