Qualifications

• AA or higher in related field.
• SUD certification in California or higher.
• Genesis Process Relapse Prevention training or familiarity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide students to develop and maintain life skills to reach goals.
• Conduct assessments to determine needs and help set goals.
• Provide guidance, resources, and referrals through case management.
• Meet weekly for counseling and support.
• Facilitate classes in relapse prevention, parenting, finances, and job readiness.
• Assist in training new employees and coordinate daily tasks.
• Conduct conflict resolution meetings and de-escalate when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
