Qualifications

• Meet state licensing requirements for BHTs/Para Professionals.
• 21+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid AZ Driver's License with insurable driving record.
• Must be able to obtain an AZ DPS Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (Unrestricted).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support for youth through adults (family support, life skills, wellness, behavior modification).
• Supervise and ensure safety.
• Facilitate groups, activities, and skill building sessions.
• Support treatment goals and behavior plans.
• Assist with documentation and case coordination.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed.
