Job summary

Hope Center Ministries seeks an Admissions Coordinator to partner with other coordinators, vet prospective residents, schedule admissions, and ensure timely reporting. Qualifications

• Experience coordinating admissions and supporting nonprofit programs.
• Strong clerical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate with attorneys, court personnel, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Filling out Initial Contact Forms on prospective residents.
• Communicating with attorneys, court clerks, bondsmen, Probation/Parole Officers to arrange admission.
• Phone interviews with potential residents and other parties as needed.
• Ensuring Resident Fees are paid prior to admission via sponsorship or direct payment.
• Ensuring Sponsorship Agreements are signed before admission.
• Arranging admission date and time with residents and center staff.
• Updating Dazos and sending reports to appropriate parties.
