Job summary

The Twin Falls County Fair & Rodeo seeks a Maintenance Worker to assist with general maintenance, repair, upkeep, and cleanliness of the fairgrounds and facilities year-round. Duties include event setup, grounds care, and basic equipment operation to support the annual fair, rodeos, rentals, and other activities.

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, and lift heavy objects while following safety procedures. Valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in maintenance or facilities upkeep preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Ability to operate or be trained to operate maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of buildings, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
• Assist with event setup and teardown for fairs, rodeos, rentals, and special events.
• Safely operate and maintain maintenance equipment and tools.
• Perform routine inspections and basic preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
• Report malfunctions and safety hazards to the Fair Manager or supervisor.
