Based primarily at the Vermont Police Academy in Pittsford with regional travel, this role values experience in training, education, and commitment to equity and public safety reform.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience instructing and implementing organizational change initiatives including training on race, equity, and inclusion.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Experience with leading or supporting professional development, large-group facilitation, and survey data tracking/analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver statewide Fair & Impartial Policing training programs.
• Analyze race data collection to inform practice.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies.
