The incumbent will supervise staff, prepare operative reports, and develop training to improve productivity and service delivery while ensuring compliance with agency standards and deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• Four-year high school diploma or equivalent with three years of related social/human services experience.
• Bachelor's degree plus 18 months of relevant experience in Benefits or social services.
• Alternate college credits substitutions allowed for experience requirements.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate work of units within Fair Hearing & Conference and related sections.
• Prepare and review detailed reports to support agency staff with feedback.
• Oversee records, productivity, and efficiency; implement workflow improvements.
• Lead staff meetings, share policy changes, and ensure full staff participation.
• Develop training curricula and provide supervision and coaching to staff.
