Hyve Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Failure Analysis Technician to join our team in Olive Branch, Mississippi. In this role, you will support manufacturing and customer service by troubleshooting hardware failures and performing detailed analysis.

The ideal candidate will have one year of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You'll use a variety of diagnostic tools and develop relationships with internal teams to resolve issues effectively.

Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven Failure Analysis Technician with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide support to manufacturing and customer service teams, replicating and troubleshooting field failures.
• Drive technical issues to closure by working with internal and field engineers to identify, track, root cause, and resolve issues.
• Perform PCBA-level troubleshooting and component-level FA to identify root causes of hardware failures.
• Use diagnostic equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, thermal imaging cameras, X‑ray, and others.
• Troubleshot power delivery issues, signal integrity problems, and component defects on hyperscale servers.
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal teams in support of overall company objectives.

Education and Work Experience

• One year of equivalent industry experience.
• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science is a plus.

Physical Demands
