Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a detail-oriented Test Engineering Technician to create GI templates and conduct advanced server troubleshooting. Candidates should possess a relevant Associates degree or equivalent experience and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include training engineers and leading NPI projects.

• Ability to lift 25lbs consistently.

Responsibilities

• Creates GI and rack templates.
• Communicates with Hyve on critical MFG issues.
• Conducts advanced server troubleshooting.
• Generates basic production reports and trends.
• Lead role in NPI projects.

Skills

Basic DOS/Linux knowledge

Intermediate understanding of electrical power

Ability to read Python/code

Advanced computer hardware troubleshooting

Intermediate network hardware troubleshooting

Basic MySQL knowledge

Education

Associates degree in Computer related fields

Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands‑on, results‑driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast‑paced, energetic environment.

Responsibilities

• Creates GI and rack templates
• Communicates with Hyve on critical MFG issues
• Creates UFP
• Conducts advanced server troubleshooting
• Trains all levels of Engineer Techs and hold meetings with production test operators on new procedures, TPI creation
• Generates basic production reports and trends.
• Lead role in NPI projects

Qualifications

• Typically requires 4+ years of related experience and Associates degree in Computer related fields or 6 years of related experience
• Basic DOS/Linux knowledge
• Intermediate understanding of electrical power
• Ability to read Python/code
• Advanced computer hardware troubleshooting
