Job summary
Foxconn Technology Group is seeking a Failure Analysis Engineer in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin to conduct engineering investigations on customer field and line escalations concerning hardware issues. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with various internal engineering teams, monitor test failure trends, and improve production test yields. Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's in electrical or computer engineering and at least 4 years of experience in designing and debugging computing platforms. Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical or computer engineering required.
Minimum of 4 years' experience designing and debugging Industry Standard Computing platforms required.
Experience in hardware/firmware/software development and test methodologies preferred.
Knowledge of key server technologies preferred.
Responsibilities
Interface with customers and internal cross-functional teams to root cause hardware issues.
Perform engineering investigations related to hardware issues.
Monitor test failure trends and provide corrective actions.
Design and develop debug tools to improve efficiency.
Provide training on debug procedures and troubleshooting.
