The role focuses on root cause analysis, reliability improvement, and collaboration with design, manufacturing and quality teams to drive corrective actions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years in failure analysis within electronics or semiconductor industries.
• Proven expertise in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Hands-on experience with SEM, EDX, and XRF.
• Familiarity with reliability testing and environmental stress screening.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in laboratory equipment and failure analysis software tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and in team settings.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in failure analysis and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth failure analysis on electronic components to identify root causes.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools to assess failures and prepare detailed reports.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to implement corrective actions.
• Establish robust failure analysis processes for accuracy.

• Document procedures and corrective actions for future reference.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging failure analysis tech.
