Reed City Area Public Schools is seeking up to four dedicated individuals to serve as FAFSA Champions. Funded through the MILEAP Universal FAFSA Challenge, these roles help high school seniors unlock financial aid opportunities by guiding and supporting them through the FAFSA process.
You will conduct one-on-one outreach, organize FAFSA workshops and college/career events, and collaborate with libraries and local partners.

FUNDING SOURCE: MILEAP Universal FAFSA Challenge
PAY: Base pay: $750 annually. Additionally, if the following FAFSA completion targets are met, a $250 bonus will be awarded: 30% by Nov 1, 2026; 40% by Jan 1, 2027; and 65% by March 15, 2027.

Position Summary: Reed City Area Public Schools is seeking up to four dedicated individuals to serve as FAFSA Champions. Funded through the MILEAP Universal FAFSA Challenge, these positions play a critical role in developing exciting, student-focused initiatives to encourage students and families to complete their financial aid applications. FAFSA Champions will work directly with high school seniors to help them unlock vital financial aid opportunities, including the Michigan Achievement Scholarship and the Community College Guarantee.
