Job summary

WSU Tech in Wichita, KS is seeking a Welding Faculty member to train the next generation of welders, focusing on hands-on skills, safety, and adherence to industry standards in a college setting.

Qualifications

Requirements
  • Education: Associate’s degree from an accredited institution; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of four years in the welding field or equivalent; AWS certification preferred; comprehensive understanding of various welding techniques and industry standards.
  • Skills: Strong communication and instructional skills; ability to assess and support diverse learners; commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment.
