Job summary

Kent State University invites internal applications for a full-time, tenure-track 9-month faculty position in the College of Nursing at Kent Campus. Qualifications

• Earned Doctorate (PhD, DNP, or equivalent) in Nursing or a related field.
• Current unencumbered RN license (or eligibility for licensure) in the State of Ohio.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical practice as an RN.
• Demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching and scholarly activity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The College of Nursing at Kent State University invites internal applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position. This role is designed for a dynamic educator-scholar committed to excellence in teaching, research, and service. The successful candidate will contribute to undergraduate and/or graduate nursing programs and support the college's mission of advancing health through education, scholarship, and community engagement.

Examples of Duties:

• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate nursing courses in areas of expertise (e.g., Medical-Surgical, Community Heath, Psychiatric-Mental Health, Leadership, or Advanced Practice.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:
