Job summary

Oregon Health & Science University in Portland is seeking a Faculty Radiation Oncologist at assistant, associate, or professor level. The role spans clinical care, teaching, research, and administration totaling 1.0 FTE under the School of Medicine compensation plan.

Responsibilities include treating patients, leading tumor boards, educating students and residents, and contributing to research and departmental activities while supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

• MD is required to practice medicine and is the foundational credential.
• ABR certification or eligibility in Radiation Oncology is required for continued appointment.
• Unrestricted Oregon medical license is required.
• Credentialing requirements at OHSU must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide services as assigned by the Chair or Vice-Chair.
• Participate in tumor boards and multidisciplinary clinics.
• Educate medical students, residents, and physicists per the education mission.
• Contribute to departmental quality meetings and scholarly activities.
• Demonstrate a commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
