Job summary

Oregon Health & Science University seeks an experienced radiation oncologist to join the Department of Radiation Medicine. You will practice medicine as a faculty member across clinical, academic, research, and administrative domains within a 1.0 FTE appointment.

Responsibilities include participating in tumor boards, education of trainees and staff, and advancing research aligned with OHSU’s mission of Healing, Teaching, and Discovery.

Qualifications

• MD required for appointment and clinical duties.
• Maintain eligibility for Oregon medical licensure.
• Board certification or eligibility by ABR in Radiation Oncology is required for extension.

Responsibilities

• Maintain licensure to practice medicine in Oregon and other necessary jurisdictions.
• Participate in tumor boards and multidisciplinary clinics.
• Educate medical students, residents, technologists, and physicists.
• Contribute to research, education, and departmental quality meetings.
• Mentor students, residents and colleagues and participate in leadership committees.
