The Department of Psychiatry at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine (WMed) invites applications for a faculty-level Psychiatrist to join its expanding academic faculty in Kalamazoo.

The successful candidate will teach medical students and residents, provide inpatient and outpatient care, and participate in research and clinical program development within a supportive, collaborative environment with strong community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible psychiatrist.

Responsibilities

• Teach medical students and psychiatry residents in an ACGME-accredited program.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care.
• Supervise residents and medical students; participate in academic leadership and research.
• Collaborate with community health partners and departments.
