Job summary

Grand Canyon University seeks a Faculty Program Lead for the Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management to oversee the program, ensure accreditation compliance, and supervise faculty. The role requires strong administrative leadership and collaboration with stakeholders across the College of Nursing and Health Care Professions.

You will coordinate student outcomes, provide instructional support, and help recruit faculty while aligning with the university mission and strategic plan.

Qualifications

• MS/MA or MSN required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a university setting.
• Experience in Informatics, technology and information management.
• Excellent communication and team skills with the ability to build positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative leadership for the Health Information and Informatics Programs and supervise faculty in designated program areas.
• Ensure students are equipped and supported to meet outcomes.
• Assess student performance through defined student outcomes.
• Administer the program according to university policies and accreditation standards.
• Serve as liaison for GCU and community stakeholders; ensure timely communication.
