Job summary

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Amarillo Campus, seeks an additional OB/Gyn to join our Faculty Team. We provide unparalleled obstetric and gynecologic care to the women of West Texas and support residents and students in a collaborative clinical environment.

Our team performs a full spectrum of services from well-woman exams to menopause, with emphasis on safety and comprehensive care. This is a rewarding opportunity in a growing regional program with strong mentorship and

Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent required.
• Completion of, or in progress, an ACGME OB/Gyn Residency.
• Ability to obtain Texas License.
• Foreign Medical Graduates must have ECFMG Certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care including annual exams, prenatal care and gynecological procedures.
• Provide inpatient care including surgical services, labor and delivery and postpartum care.
• Participate in labor and delivery call schedule.
• Engage in quality improvement and patient care programs established by the department.
• Participate in the training of residents and medical students.
