Job summary

The Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry at Temple University seeks a part- or full-time Faculty Exodontist to deliver patient care and mentor pre-doctoral students in the Oral Surgery clinics.

The role includes supervising students in clinics and pre-clinical labs, and contributing to didactic teaching as needed. The candidate should hold a DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited program and be an active clinician with busy-practice experience.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from CODA-accredited program.
• Active clinician with busy practice experience.
• Board Certification internationally considered; AEGD/GPR preferred.
• PA licensure or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the emergency and elective Oral Surgery clinics.
• Supervise pre-doctoral students in clinics and pre-clinical laboratories.
• Participate in didactic teaching and other teaching activities as needed.
