Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement faculty development programs and initiatives.
• Oversee the Master Teacher Program and onboarding of cohorts.
• Plan and coordinate faculty-focused training events and professional development sessions.
• Manage faculty mentoring and engagement initiatives.
• Co-chair the Faculty Development Advisory Committee and support planning.
• Organize and facilitate faculty development programs and communities of practice.
• Generate reports on participation, completion, and outcomes.
