Job summary

National Louis University is seeking an Associate Director of Faculty Contract Operations to shape how contracts, instructional costs, and workload data are managed. This strategic leader will supervise staff, drive automation, and partner across IT, HR, Finance, Payroll, and colleges to develop innovative tools, including electronic load tracking and the faculty dashboard.

The role emphasizes training, equitable expense management, scheduling credentials, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, analytics, organizational leadership, higher education administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years closely related work experience preferably within Higher Education.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, processes and priorities with deadlines.
• Change management and process-improvement experience.
• Budget management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve contracts for adjunct and staff.
• Mentor and develop contract specialist team.
• Distribute contract reports to stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end process mapping for faculty contracts.
• Collaborate with IT and HR on system enhancements.
• Train faculty and administrators on new systems.
• Standardize contract types for reporting and analytics.
• Lead cross-functional projects supporting Provost priorities.
• Own the faculty dashboard governance and enhancements.
• Coordinate scheduling and budgeting for instructional expenses.
• Engage with Scheduling Center for integrated processes.
• Drive equity and transparency in instructional cost management.
