We are seeking a Faculty/Clinical Coordinator to support the delivery of our Surgical Technologist program. This role is primarily responsible for managing the program's clinical experiences and teaching courses in various modalities while promoting Rasmussen University's mission and vision. The minimum expectations include:
Workload: 5 work units total, with 1-2 for clinical coordination and 3-4 for teaching.
Manage clinical sites, develop affiliation agreements, coordinate student placements, evaluate student performance, and maintain documentation.
Assist in curriculum planning, represent Rasmussen University, participate in strategic planning, maintain compliance, and support accreditation efforts.
Provide academic advising, respond to student needs, foster partnerships, and ensure effective communication and outreach.
Participate in curriculum development, attend meetings, and engage in community events.
Complete 20 Rasmussen Education Units annually, including specific requirements for clinical coordinators.
