Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution plus five years of professional experience or Master’s degree plus three years of professional experience in higher education, academic administration, faculty affairs, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting data.
• Commitment to advancing inclusive excellence and supporting diverse individuals.
• Strong written communication and ability to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a university-wide inventory of high impact awards and recognition pathways.
• Coordinate nomination workflows, timelines, and internal review processes.
• Analyze nomination materials for completeness and quality; improve submission materials.
• Develop training and engagement activities to build awards readiness.
• Track awards data, prepare reports, and support institutional strategy.
