Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte seeks adjunct faculty in hospitality to deliver course content on campus or online, prepare materials and assess student performance. You will maintain the course site in the LMS and provide timely feedback to students while ensuring alignment with learning objectives.
Qualified candidates have a Master’s degree in hospitality or related field (or 18 grad credits plus master's), and industry experience in hospitality or related sectors.
Prepares and delivers relevant course content using a variety of teaching methods and assessments that support student learning. Delivers relevant course content on campus or online, as assigned. Maintains that students achieve and demonstrate mastery of stated learning objectives.
Qualified candidates must live or relocate to live within a daily commuting distance of the Charlotte Campus location upon hire.
College/university transcripts are required prior to hire.
