Job summary

Closet Factory of Orlando/Tampa is seeking a manufacturing team member for our wood shop. You will prepare and assemble parts for our custom storage solutions in a full-time role at our Tampa/Orlando area facility.

Your duties include operating basic hand tools and woodworking equipment, ensuring parts meet quality standards, and supporting final product assembly and installation readiness. Training and long-term growth are available within a stable company.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic hand tools.
• Some woodworking experience a plus.
• Wood shop manufacturing desired.
• Edge bander or CNC experience.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture wood parts for the product line and prepare each job.
• Check accuracy and quality before sending to the client.
• Operate or assist with sliding table saws, edge banders and CNC machines.

We design, sell and install custom closets, home offices, garages, home theaters, pantries, bookshelves and more. Our products are of the highest quality. Our factory produces all of the wood parts to our complete product line using the 32-millimeter system. Members of our factory prepare each job and check it for accuracy and quality before it is sent to the client’s home. Furniture assembly experience would be a valuable asset. Experience using sliding table saws, Edge banding tools and CNC equipment are encouraged to contact us.
