Job summary

Closet Factory, Inc. is seeking reliable manufacturing staff to produce and assemble wood components for our custom storage solutions.

The role focuses on preparing and quality-checking work prior to delivery to customers and supporting the production line with precise finishing. We offer full-time, year-round work with strong training, a 401K savings program, paid holidays and PTO, continual support, and a history of stability with no lay-offs.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic hand tools is required.
• Some woodworking experience is a plus.
• Wood shop manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and check each job for accuracy and quality before client delivery.
• Manufacture wood parts for our complete product line using the 32-millimeter system.
• Operate wood shop equipment including sliding table saws, edge banding, and CNC machines.

Our company, Closet Factory, is the custom storage solution authority serving the worldwide need for custom space organization throughout the home. We design, sell and install custom closets, home offices, garages, home theaters, pantries, bookshelves and more. Our products are of the highest quality. We have been in business for over 43 years and have locations across the country. We have experienced substantial, long-term growth and as a result are searching for another member to add to our close-knit team of people to manufacture our products.

Our factory produces all of the wood parts to our complete product line using the 32-millimeter system. Members of our factory prepare each job and check it for accuracy and quality before it is sent to the client’s home. Furniture assembly experience would be a valuable asset. Experience using sliding table saws, Edge banding tools and CNC equipment are encouraged to contact us.
