Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs on Safety, Culture, Systems, and Manufacturing topics.
• Schedule training and maintain attendance and quality records.
• Conduct new hire orientation and annual compliance training.
• Update shop floor competencies and generate reports.
• Maintain training materials and ensure ISO compliance.
• Deliver training across multiple shifts and engage participants.
