Job summary

Base is seeking a strategic operator to own a key partnership with a leading homebuilder and to drive growth, unit economics and quality outcomes across teams. You will collaborate with Deployments, Growth, Software, and Hardware to deliver measurable results and keep the partner motivated to win with us.

You will join Base's HR team as the first dedicated training and L&D resource, building programs from scratch, developing safety and quality materials, and scaling the function as Base expands.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years in training, learning & development, HR, quality or safety in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Experience with HRIS/LMS platforms; knowledge of ISO 9001 and OSHA recordkeeping is a plus.
• Strong training design, delivery and presentation skills; ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale factory orientation, safety and quality training programs.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality and Safety to identify training needs.
• Deploy certification programs and track completions; create cross-training matrices.
• Design and roll out trainings across teams, coordinating with department leaders.
• Maintain audit-ready training records for ISO 9001 and OSHA compliance.
• Support development of training materials and SOPs with subject matter experts.
• Serve as the go-to resource for training logistics and scheduling.
• Lay groundwork for a scalable L&D function as the company grows.
