The Magnum Ice Cream Company is hiring a Tours Experience Hospitality Assistant Manager in Waterbury, Vermont. You will assist in managing factory tour operations while delivering top‑notch guest service and upholding our mission daily.

Responsibilities include leading a 20–50 person staff, conducting 30‑minute tours, hiring and training, and coordinating events, with safety, GMP and cash handling as priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience supervising staff in hospitality, retail or food service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with public speaking and engaging guests.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 20–50 staff to meet fluctuating business needs.
• Lead 30-minute Factory Tours for groups up to 35.
• Hire, onboard and train staff; conduct ongoing coaching.
• Oversee parking lot operations and traffic flow.
• Maintain safety, GMP compliance and accurate cash handling.
• Support weekly financial reporting and payroll prep.
• Coordinate inventory, tour sales and events.
• Act as onsite manager for emergencies and incidents.
• Collaborate on tour-marketing and community outreach.
