Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking a friendly Scoop Shop Team Member for the Waterbury, Vermont location. This part-time role supports daily scoop shop operations, including cash handling, taking orders, and serving guests at Ben & Jerry’s original factory site.

You’ll work with a team in a fast-paced environment, delivering fun, high-energy guest experiences while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Availability for evenings, holidays, and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Passion for Ben & Jerry’s brand.
• Excellent customer service and proactive attitude.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work evenings, holidays, and at least one weekend day per week.
• Comfortable with cash handling and POS systems.
• Understanding of food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Handle register transactions and take orders.
• Scooping ice cream and preparing menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock as needed.
• Open/close procedures and report maintenance.
