Job summary

Nestlé Allentown is seeking a Factory Quality Technician to ensure production compliance with Nestlé and regulatory guidelines. You will audit incoming materials, check parameters, inspect finished products, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.

The role supports a night shift on a 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM schedule and requires meticulous lab work. Applicants should have at least 1 year in quality assurance within manufacturing or related settings and a high school diploma

Position Summary

Just 65 miles from Center City Philadelphia, Allentown is near many major Northeastern U.S. cities, which makes it an ideal location for manufacturing and distributing consumer goods. We utilize thermal processing and high‑speed canning to produce varieties of our Friskies®, Beneful® and Pro Plan® brands—product lines that we have carefully produced, packaged, and shipped since 1958. As a Factory Quality Technician, you’ll ensure compliance with Nestlé and Regulatory guidelines and specifications for production of safe pet food products. Audit incoming materials, check parameters and procedures, and complete inspections on finished products as you make an impact across our processes. You’ll isolate and detain all non‑conforming pet food and lead corrective action planning and implementation for continuous improvement. This position will support our night shift on a continuous operations schedule.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ years of quality assurance in a manufacturing, production, pharmaceutical, military or related environment

The approximate pay range for this position is $45,000-$59,000 per year. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
